The U.S. Army Warrant Officer Association - Arizona Silver Chapter is hosting their

19th Annual Charity Fund Golf Tournament.

 

 

The $85 per player fee includes the greens fee, a golf cart, lunch, a $20 PGA Tour Superstore gift certificate, and prizes. Proceeds fund the WOA Scholarships and various charitable donations. This event is limited to the first 24 teams (four people per team) to register. Everyone is welcome to participate.

Players/Team Registration:

Registration opens August 19, 2019. To register online click here or go to the "Events" tab, select the "More Details" button to register and pay using PayPal.

 

To register via mail, send a list of the players' names, a phone number and email address for each player, and the Team Name, along with a check or money order (payable to the USAWOA AZ Silver Chapter) to: CW5(R) George Monken, PO Box 1203, Sierra Vista Arizona 85636-1203. Completion of registration via mail, as it pertains to award of $20 PGA Tournament Card to first 84 golfers registered by 13 September, will be determined by WOA and based on receipt of all necessary data and confirmed payment.

Sponsors: Want to sponsor the event?

1. Hole Sponsorship: $150. Provide the proper artwork and we will place a sign (18" x 24") prominently on the tee box. You will receive recognition on the WOA Website and in the Sierra Vista Herald.

2. Cash Donations: Used to purchase gift certificates or golf items for prizes and raffles, donated in your name.

3. Gift Certificates: Provide any amount of gift certificate for products or services from your establishment. Please include a dollar value for each certificate contributed.
